She is super helpful and responsive in the comments of her video, on her facebook group or by Instagram DM if you have a specific question. She used to work for both Cricut and Silhouette, so she also has insider knowledge on both brands.

Clever Someday - creator of the jig method and the best tooling leather with cricut tutorial. She is also a regular on r/cricut with great advice or question specific tips (u/cleversomedaykay)
How to fix it?
Cricut does not provide replacement parts or repair manuals for their machines, it’s their policy to just replace your broken machine under warranty or advise you to get a new one. You can of course attempt to self repair here is an online manual with a few repair instructions for the Maker machines.
You can outsource to the Cricut Doctor. We have used him and he was an amazing help to save our machine from e-waste. You can read our personal account here.
